Delivery Charges and Information
We currently use a top courier service offering next day delivery to most destinations throughout Ireland. Deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales usually take 48hrs. Delivery rates are shown below:

Returns Policy
Goods returned for refund or credit must be in perfect saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging and in the original quantity as specified in/on the catalogue/website, within 14 working days of receipt. Returned items which are deemed to be damaged by Mulmuf Ltd will not qualify for a refund. Mulmuf Ltd will not refund delivery costs, unless they are defective or have been sent in error.
Mulmuf Ltd makes every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible but refunds may take up to 30 days. No liability is accepted for any costs or charges incurred by the Purchaser which may arise due to a delay in processing a refund.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours following placement of order, please inform us by email at sales@mulmuf.com stating 'ORDER CANCELLATION' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
Security and Privacy Policy
Information provided through the Mulmuf Ltd website will be treated appropriately and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not pass on your personal information to external agencies.
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use personal data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order, delivery items and processing payments, communicating with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, updating our records and maintaining any on-line account you may have with us, preventing or detecting fraud or abuses of our website.
Terms and Conditions
Ordering
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. Your order is subject to acceptance by us and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes or shipping address.
Availability
Orders are subject to availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you and try to resolve the issue as best we can. This may be an alternative product suggestion, a delay until the product becomes available, a refund to the value of the missing product or cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.
Shipping
We will ship products according to current shipping procedures. We will attempt to ship the products within 24 hours but will not be liable for any failure to do so. For items on backorder we may ship whenever the products become available without notice to you.
Title of Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Mulmuf Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until such time as the customer receives their order upon delivery.
Disclaimer

Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. All goods should be examined for any loss or damage at the time of delivery and the necessary evidence, including the goods, retained. Mulmuf Ltd can accept no liability for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us by phone or email within 48 hours after the receipt of goods.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
